Q: What if I want to return ...?
A: Terrific Stuff Ltd will test any faulty item and if it is found to be defective we will either replace it free of charge or offer you a refund. If you order an item in error, assuming it is undamaged, we will replace it free of charge
Q: Who pays for postage and packing?
A: Post and packaging are extra. We have flat rates for DVD/VHS and Prints depending on the destination. These rates are listed below.

Q: How long |will it take to deliver my DVD/VHS/Print/Book?
A: Normally we will attempt to despatch your DVD/VHS/Print/Book as soon as possible, however it may take 7-10 business days.
Q: What currency will the transaction take place in?
A: All transactions will be in £ (UK Pounds). Item prices displayed on the site include VAT.
Q: Do I have to pay for the goods in advance?
A: We will despatch your DVD/VHS/Print/Book as soon as the credit card transaction is confirmed.
